Sounds like some kind of process server...but the people who answer the phone say it is an "Answering Service" but, they will **** up on you if you try and find out any more information from them. Database gathering? Who knows, but it is on the internet bothering many people this way.

Similar remarks as "d.f.". I am going thru mortgage issues and these guys have targeted me. Same exact scam going on with IRS scam call from area code 202. Let them know you are, or have recorded the call and they leave you alone pretty quickly.

Received the call saying it an important message about my mortgage and to call back. only a number was left, and it matched the number on my caller id. I didn't call it back, decided to check it out and looks like it is a spam call.

Just received the same call with Urgent message regarding my mortgage. Called it and they said "intake center please hold". Well, I ***g up then phone my mortgage company and my mortgage is current.
