This is NOT an actual charity but a PAID donation solicitor! They are misrepresenting their responsibility regarding the Do Not Call list! Report them as I am- I'll be going the Attorney General , FTC, etc. Taken directly from ftc.gov:"5. Do the do not call provisions of the TSR cover calls soliciting money for charities?Charities that are calling on their own behalf to solicit charitable contributions are not covered by the requirements of the national registry. However, if a third-party telemarketer is calling on behalf of a charity, a consumer may ask not to receive any more calls from or on behalf of that specific charity. If a third-party telemarketer calls a***n on behalf of that charity, the telemarketer may be subject to a fine of up to $16,000."These calls are made by a 3rd party telemarketer on behalf of a charity. I have received many calls from this number. Digging deeper I found a little info on this untrue charity pitch. They push you to believe they are from the VFW on 1 call and the local animal shelter on the next call. They are deceitful as the money is being raised for a new Islamic Mosque in Greensboro , North Carolina. I find this a very annoying way to talk you out of your hard earned money. I am a Christian and would never knowingly give money to any people like that.

I have received a call from them daily!!!! I answer and no one ever is there!!!! Just called the number back and got a recording saying it is for "donations or charitable groups"...I left a message with my home number and requested them to stop calling, after prompted to do this by the recording if that was my reason for calling. According to the message they will stop the calls in 4 business days...we'll see.
