It's a scam, from Optum RX, it's a robocall that expects people to just happen to have pen and paper handy to write down an access number and to call them back. When you call them back, it says they don't recognize your number. I get my meds at CVS and they email me or text me through their app at a different number than Optum RX, called me on. THIS IS A SCAM, or someone trying to collect your information or sell you so****ing.
