Scammer plain & simple. Saying I owe Payday Loan Company over $2300 from 2023 when I never could have had a loan run in my name because my CB Reports have been frozen for 10yrs due to ID Theft in Ohio & Texas but never ever living there. One a Spectrum Cable Bill and one on an apartment the thief walked away from/was evicted from without paying rent. Plus sending correspondence via email to an email address that has not existed for almost 20yrs.
