I called Nuance Sales at 781-565-5000 and spoke with Simone @ 2:44, Oct 21, 2013 and requested removal from phone calls and email. Explained that I have enjoyed Dragon Naturally Speaking product but am now retired and no longer use the product. Thus, I am not interested in product updates. I further advised that my phone number is on the "No Call" list and, as such I expect to receive no further calls. She asked if I want to be also removed from email and I****ured her that I do want to be removed from email list. She****ured me that the phone calls will cease and gave me Ref # (redacted). She was very professional and courteous. I'm confident that her intent was valid.
