Get three calls per day everyday of the week. Most obnoxious. I found contact information listed below on the following website: http://consumerist.com/2008/04/reach-siriu****ecutive-customer-service.html I called the 888-635-5142 number which was just a recording. I spoke over the recording and said "representative". I was forwarded to a 'real' person of whom I asked for contact information for the CEO, Mel Karmazin to complain about these calls. She was very apologetic, but could not give me a number to reach him, just an address. She did offer to add my number to Sirius XM Radio's own DO NOT CALL list. She took my number and address info to add to their list. She said it would take 7-10 days for my info to be removed from their call list. We'll see if that happens... Per www.consumerist.com site: If you have a serious Sirius radio issue and ground level customer service isn't helping you out, escalate your call to the executive customer service line at 888-635-5142. Been getting calls for three weeks, mostly daylight hours, but it is seven days a week. Often "they" call more than once a day. Today is Sunday and they called @ 4:00PM and 11:00 AM or close to it. When I find them I'm gonna do an Osama on them. If it's a human, when I'm ready, I'll **** a whistle into their ear and give them a 24 hour headache.
