VERY RUDE! They don't identify themselves(organization) and right away ask who YOU are and to verify the last 4 of your social and your birthdate. Do NOT tell them anything! The woman still refused to identify herself until I verified my info first. I said NO WAY. This is perhaps an ID theft attempt and I ***g up on them.
