Spamsters calling a***n, robo caller s***dy cash once removed. Recording goes through an involved message saying I shouldn't listen if I wasn't me. Gave me a case id number. Gave a number to call them back. Only problem is, I've never had any dealings with S***dy Cash any time in the past. This is an attempt NOT to collect a debt from them but an attempt to extort money from me. I reported these people to the FCC and they sidestep the law by c****ing the name of their organization. Wish I was a lawyer...

I've never had dealings with them but they try to extort money from us. I even turned them over to the Feds and filed a complaint a***nst them. Contracts from almost all companies like this include in small print waiving right to jury court, mediator of thier choice and waver off almost all rights to settle except full amount immediately. Note almost every state it is unlawful to waive your rights, best place to find out is local state Attorney General's Office if you have done business with these companies God Help You I understand they are ruthless and break many state and federal laws in collection practices, I have found many people have multiple loans out with multiple companies of same nature, If you some how got yourself kind mess I would recommend getting an attorney as the policy of these companies the second they sniff trouble go all out at once, ****ardment of phones, references, pulling full amount due immediately, lien on listed car, garnishment, judgments a***nst you usually w/o notification of court or mediator usually claiming unknown where abouts of you and car, illegal calls at work disclosing your financial situation illegally from work to landlord, references, know family and friends giving full disclosure. This is the number for Ad Astra. They are a 3rd party debt collections agency that collects on for S*** dy Cash and Rapid Cash. This company and most legitimate collections companies practice the FDCPA guildelines. Collectors go through extensive training before they make a single call. You cannot blame anyone but yourself if you are in collections. No one made you take out a loan and choose not to pay it back. Quit thinking you can borrow money, not pay it back and expect they aren't going to ask for it back. if you're receiving calls from this company ir any other account you have in collections it is your fault and your fault only. So be mad at yourself. Pay your ***king bills and quit being dead beats.
