My husband retired and Via Benefits is the third-party company representing his company. They have repeatedly called him, and no one speaks. Now they are doing it to me. There is no reason for them to be calling, and no reason other than to harass us. This must stop!!!

Caller ID 'Via Benefits, 1-866-322-2824'. I later searched online for 'Via Benefits'. As stated, they appear to be a legitimate company. When I searched 'Reviews of Via Benefits', there seemed to be a pattern of complaints alleging Reimbur*****t/Coverage and Customer Service Issues.

Caller ID 'Via Benefits, 1-866-322-2824'. Before returning the call, I called the Employee Service Center of the company I was employed with to see if Via Benefits was legitimate. I was told they were. When I called the number a message stated, “Thank you for calling Via Benefits Insurance Services, formerly Tower’s Watson’s One Exc****e.” The message went on to say that they offered "a broad selection of health insurance options to meet your specific needs." Eventually a representative answered and we discussed transitioning to Medicare. Nice, helpful and they gave me some good information about the subject.

This is the company that IBM uses to support retirees insurance. The name of the company is Towers One Watson's Exc****e. They called me back to let me know that an issue had been resolved. They will ask for the last 4 of your SS. They will not ask for your complete SS. Very nice customer service.
