This is from Sirius Satellite Radio**** wipes who can't believe I don't want to spend $12.95 a month to listen to what should be free radio broadcasts in my car. The free trial period ran out on my new car and they can't handle rejection. I will soon find out who the sales rep is and call him/her at home every day and every night until they get the hint. Failing that I will pay them a personal 'physical' visit and it may get physical. I called and spoke with Adam Soll, supervisor of the internal call group who told me he would remove me from their internal call list but it could take up to 10 days to get the calls stopped from all of their other databases as they are made up to 30 days in advance and can be up to 200,000 names on any specific sales campaign. I asked why they call people who are on the Do Not Call List and the told me it was not illegal to call people with whom there is or was and existing business relationship (my free trial period for my new car). When I said I didn't set up that business relationship with you - the car dealership did. He said then you have to ask the dealership to not give us your information so we can't contact you. Cute..... Who thinks about that when you're buying a new car?

This is Sirius XM relentlessly pursuing me to reactivate my radio after I disconnected it. Their service has gone downhill since the merger (that never should have been allowed by the FCC). Sirius XM is a huge monopoly and not a good thing for us as consumers. If I wanted to listen to the same 8 songs in the same order every hour or hear idiots talking I can listen to that in any city on FM for free.

VERY UPSET. These people call all hrs of the day. They are usually not there when I answer. The number never leaves a message. I am on Nat. Do Not Call list. Never have I had a business relationship with Sirius. I even went so far as to sign up on the Sirius Do Not Call list. With no luck. Another call today and I finally speak to a representative looking for "Mrs. Cole"- wrong #- remove me from your database forever. I have filed a complaint today with the FTC. This number has been calling my phone at least once a day and will not stop. I did a google search and found this site and called the opt-out number just now. We'll see if it works.. Also, Sirius contacted me about 4 weeks prior to the expiration of my subscription, and I told them NO NO NO I did not want to renew. I looked at my credit card statement this week, and noticed they charged my credit card the renewal fee anyhow!!! I called up and was on hold for over an hour. They gave me the run-around and first denied they did this, but then later admitted they did and that it was an "error". The woman said she'd give me 2 months free of Sirius for my "aggrevation" and I told her no because then they'd try to pull this a***n on me when those 2 months were up! She said she was refunding my credit card for the amount they charged and that everything was settled. I checked my credit card statement 2 days later, and realized they only credited part of what they charged me, so I called them back a***n. After waiting 20 minutes I finally got to talk to another service rep who told me that half of the credit was issued as a "service credit" and that I will receive free sirius service for half of what they charged my credit card for, and the other half went back to my card. I told them ABSOLUTELY NOT! After fighting back and forth, they finally put me on hold for 10 minutes and came back saying my credit card will now be refunded for the full amount. I'll believe it when I see it and I'll be checking my credit card statement today to make sure they did as promised.

Similar to Dave (1/7/09) below. A couple of years ago, I renewed my service for one year - the amount of time remaining on my lease. When they tried to sell me three years at a discounted rate, I reminded them that I would not own the car past one year. I recently discovered that they charged my credit card $142 about a year ago for Sirius service in a car that I no longer owned. I sent a letter to their president and have received a couple of calls amounting to not much more than lip service. Unless they reverse the charge, I'll never subscribe a***n. Maybe I should answer the next time they call and see if they have a better offer.

866-301-7344 called me every single day (sometimes more than once a day) as soon as the free six months of Sirius satellite radio that I got with my new car ran out. I tried that other 800 number that supposedly takes you off of their call list, and that worked initially, but the calls s****ed a***n a week later. What finally stopped them once and for all was when I contacted Verizon and had their number blocked from calling me. If you have Verizion Wireless, they allow you to block up to 5 numbers for free. I am sure many other phone companies offer similar features. Definitely the way to go, they cannot call and harass you any more if they are blocked by the phone company from doing so.

I have written emails and made do not call requests on the phone but to no avail. It is 1-888-440-6342 for those who don't know and want to stop the calls. Just wanted to pass this along. They will tell you to press 7 and you are done.

Sirius calls 2x/day. In Oct.2007 i paid 144.00 for a 12 mo. subscription. In Nov. 2007, I lost the signal. I called them countless times to get the signal back. They couldn't figure out how to do that. Long story short, I'm out 144.00, never had Sirius radio, and now they call everyday, two times a day, ON MY CELL nonetheless! to purchase their product!!!

Even if you prepaid for your radio service Sirius/XM will continue to "charge" you for service unless you physically call and verbally tell a person to unsubscribe (which Sirius makes it next to impossible to do... I am still on hold after 40 minutes).

I've told Sirius three times to stop calling me as I am not interested in resubscribe. They have said they would take my name off the call list, yet they still keep calling!

Sirius calls me twice a day trying to get me to renew my subscription. I purchased a car last year that had a free 6 month trial. I'm not interested!

Has called three or four times in the last month but does not respond when we answer because we want to tell the ****s exactly what we think of these ****** calls.
