This is interesting. A woman's voice explains in a recorded message how this is a 'service'; it was garbled but I thought she said it was called CallHouse, She claims to represent callers and can help stop unwanted calls. I left message saying the 'card services' scam was being undertaken and referencing her number and asked her to call to confirm she is legitimate.

Looked up 205-642-8808 and saw an entry tell me to call 866-246-7196 and leave my number and the caller's number, but it sounds too fishy. As Jamie says below a woman's voice giving instructions. But it doesn't ask for money or say what the name of the legit operation is. Totally unbelievable. Sounds like they are collecting info for others to me.
