I was trying to explain to him that I dont have the books they are charging me for and he told me it was to late for me to call them and that I was being a bad person and that I am not mature and things of that nature. I told him not to call my phone anymore and he called back twice. He told me that he was going to call all day everyday until I paid and their was no need to contact the company that put me in collections. When I told him that I would call the police he said that he didnt care and that doing hiss job and getting the money was more important than following the law and going to jail.

This call is a scam. They are trying to collect a fradulent debt under a name that I haven't used in 5 years. They say that they are going to turn me into the credit bureau the next day if I don't pay and than when I state that a company doesn't wait that long to collect a debt, they say they are going to call every week until I pay. When I called the number back the first time the man was surprised and said I was mistaken. When I tried calling back today after they called, there is either no answer or the call gets disconnected. I need to know who to report this to so that other people can be warned.

I work a third shift and sleep through the mid-day. This caller calls several times every day. I usually let my answering ma****e get calls during this time and then I call them back when I'm awake. Unfortunately, this caller (W***ver they are!) Refuses to leave a message, but instead, let's the talk time expire on my ma****e with just their breathing, keystroking and *****ling office banter in the background! National Recovery Agency keeps calling me about a collection account with Crafters choice. I contacted Crafters choice and they show that my account had been paid. They don't show it as a collection account. When I tried to explain this to the National Recovery Agency guy he was very rude and demanding that I pay him today with my credit card or western union the money. This sounds like a scam to me. This number has been calling my house for years, several times a week looking for a "Mark Myers." I have informed them there IS NO one here by that name nor has there ever been anyone living here by that name. I've talked with a supervisor who said they would take my name off the list, but I am still receiving debt collection calls at least 7 times a week.
