I called Direct TV's Legal Deptment and asked for a fax number so I can send a Cease letter and Told them that theres a bunch of people upset about getting calls from Collect Tech Services. They were able to remove my cell # from the database. For those of you who would like to try this, here is the information. These people are driving me crazy! They call every day! I have added my number to the do not call list and I am hoping this will help. I have to wait 31 days to make a complaint. I am just counting down the days!! I don't have direct tv!
