A Private company that only gives a portion of the proceeds collected to the American Heart****ociation or American Cancer Research or even other charities they are contracted with to solicit for. Be careful as many times very little money gets to the charity.Ask them how much of your Dollars given gets to charity ask for do***ented proof. You would be amazed at how little gets to charity. They get your name and phoneonce you give, then pitch you for all the programs they are contracted to collect for, trying to tap you over and overand over, but for a different charity they also "represent".It is better to give DIRECTLY to a Charity's headquarters or National office. They are Professional solicitors They would call and collect for anyone as long as they made enough money for themselves and I mean it.Greedy! I knew them many years ago.I also worked as a telemarketer for such charity solicitation firms until I found out how scammy they were.BETTER TO GIVE DIRECTLY TO A CHARITYS STATE OR NATIONAL HEADQUARTERS.
