They have called me 4 times already, just identified themselves as "Stevens & Michaels****oc" and said it was very important that I call them back - no reference as to why they were calling me.I did call the number - identified myself and said I was returning their call. A very RUDE young man informed me on the phone that by the number I was calling from they were looking for --------- a name I had never heard of. I informed them I was calling from a company number and how did they know - the "kid" said very rudely - "Well there IS caller ID!!" I said well that was not me and ***g up. They have called 2x since then and a***n - no info. If they are a collection agency - I have no idea why they are calling me!! I am not calling them back A***N!!

I got a call today stating "Do not **** up this is not a telemarketing call. We have an important message for you." I waited and after a few minutes a man identifying himself by the name of Bou Clarity from the law firm of Stevens & Micheals picked up. He asked for my husband who was not at home. He left this number of 866-201-0940 for him to call back. Sounded fishy to me so I looked this up online and that is how I found this site. I see on here that this is a collection agency, are they allowed to say they are a law firm?

You need to report them to the Federal Trade Commission they have their OWN FEDERAL attorneys that will NAIL THESE INVADERS AND FAKES to a wall. I've been getting calls indicated on my caller I.D. from this #, never a message, and a couple of times I've seen it on "incoming," but it disconnects after a couple of rings. I'm no expert of telephone technology details (and care even less - just want to make and receive calls as needed for business and friends). But a friend said these outfits often dial many - MANY! - #'s simultaneously, and a live person on calling end will connect with first person who picks-up. Says sometimes their systems then may or may not deliver a message to voice mails; probably others who pick-up (but after first one) will get no response, or sometimes a recorded mesage. He said the Pentagon and CIA may have ultra systems, but outfits like this one have inconsistent ones; plus calling outfit can often represent multiple issues - hawking credit cards, car warranties, etc., or "collecting" some bogus, mis-identified alleged debt, and/or be confirming active telephone #'s for other telemarketers. These weasels represent the downside of modern technology, and seldom - if ever - represent any legitimate, bona fide purpose, or anything which should be of concern or interest to any of us.

Yes they identified themselves as Stevens and Michael****oc. to me. I have been getting calls almost daily from them looking for my ex wife who I haven't been married to for over 8 years and never had this phone number when she lived here. I'm on the no call list, I have never had any business with this company, I have asked them numerous times to stop, that the person hasn't lived here for over 8 years.You know what I did? I'm disabled, so I have lots of time, I just s****ed calling their phone number over and over and over until finally a person cut into our conversation and told me they would take my number out of their data base. If not? Well I have an extra computer I could set up for auto dialing too, if they want to press charges or anything I'd finally have an address to take them to court also. Just think if everyone s****ed doing this? ****

They called and I called them back because I knew I didn't have anything to hide. They stated I had a mastercard debt from 9yrs ago that I owed $1,400 on and when I asked them the name of the mastercard and where I had lived then, they got nasty. They said I had made payments on the account. They told me the name of the mastercard which I had NEVER heard of and I NEVER lived where they said I did. Then he said I was a liar. He said so someone opens an acct. in your name and then pays it for a while and then stops paying it. I told him I didn't know what they did but I didn't know anything about it and I wanted him to send me all the info on the acct including my signatures and I would be requesting it in writing and he said it was to late and ***g up on me.

I did call them back, and I cannot for the life of me get them to take me to small claims court to resolve this. I am more than willing to go to court with them since I do not owe this debt. The only thing they seem to be willing to do is keep calling. No *****, just hiding behind walls and phones. So those guys go a hold of my number as well. After ignoring their calls (I had looked up this site before...) I decided to call them back and have a little fun. I called three times (more to come) and made up a story each time...they ended up asking for a SSN (yeah, right!) so I offered my first child with that.Bottom line, I don't know how to get those a--holes to stop calling, but hey, they won't be able to stop me either.

Please call...I have no idea who or what or where they are from or what they want. They call at all different hours and its getting really annoying. Its not even a person! He doesn't ask to speak to anyone by name, identifies himself as "Dr. Rivera", and says he has important personal matter to discuss and to call him back. He's trying to make people think he's a medical doctor or so****ing calling regarding an important health related issue.
