I believe they are trying to defraud the TWC. I reported them to the fraud devision, but since they are calling specific people, any fraud maybe is helped by someone on the inside of TWC.

I received a voicemail from this number and she said she would call me back within 48 hours but she didn't and she also said I had until Monday to call her back. I been calling since Wednesday and today is now Monday and I still haven't received a call back nor for an answer when I called

The caller ID initially displayed “Texas Workforce Commission.” After the call ended, it changed to “Ft. Worth,” and it now shows “Brian Commission.” When I asked the woman, who sounded Indian and appeared to have approximately a three-second delay or buffering in her responses, why she was calling using the Texas Workforce Commission PBX, she abruptly hung up. The changing caller-ID information and the caller’s response raised concerns about the legitimacy of the call.
