I met this guy on dating app. He seemed so nice and honest. Sent good pictures. Has a ******ia phone no. Said he was a logger and around Christmas got a contract to go to Ca***a to cut trees. He knew I was a Christian said he was too. Sent me a morning prayer every morning. Sent me photos of himself and old photos of his mom and dad and him as a child. We text for about 6 weeks and I told him I had been scammed twice. He said "Really did they get anything". I told him "No, that there was no way I I'm not falling for anyone that wants a visa or money." That was the last text I got from him,so I****umed that he was a scammer and that after he saw I wasn't falling for a scam, he quit texting me.
Text and through email, Jeffrey replied to my inquiry on redfin. He said he owned a rental property that was on redfin (it's since been removed as a rental). He would send keys after we filled out an application with a driver's license (copied clearly for the photo) as well as SS#. This person does not own the home, nor is his name connected with the email he used.
The caller claimed that they worked for Xfinity Sofpt and that the payment made will reflect on my account as Sofpt. There is/was a charge that was made to my bank account and posted to my xfinity account however a week later the charge was reversed and upon laun****g an investigation with Xfinity it was found that this scammer took the payment from my account and never paid xfinity.
