They pretend to be from the emergency****istance program for your car (I.e HONDA) right after you’ve been in an accident. They call quickly, when you’re still shaken from the accident. They claim your sensors are indicating a hazard in your car and dispatch a tow truck immediately. If you ask questions they say the sensors indicate a fire condition and it’s imperative they tow your car ASAP. They go to a body shop they either have a deal with and/or the body shop they run their scam from... you think Honda has taken care of this... you are stuck with your car being repaired at some ****py little place and by the time insurance is involved ( even a couple hours later) the body shop has ‘begin’ work and will charge you to get your car back or else leave you with no choice but to have your car repairs completed there… When you call this number back they pretend to listen to your complaints tell you they’re trying to provide excellent customer service and that they will get right back to you and they never do, no matter how many times you call.

The saga continues... they kept several parts to my car when the insurance company picked it up and took it to an authorized body shop. Because of these parts there has been a delay on fixing my car and I am liable for the rental car overage because the missing parts were not due to the accident. Now my only recourse is to file a theft claim a***nst 405 Collision in.north Hills. Overall this scam has cost me more than $3000!!!
