Propositioned my 17 year old from this number. They said they were Matthew and called her Bethany, knew where she lived and said he wanted to get together with her. She said she was under 18 but he said that was okay and wanted to meet up. Scared my granddaughter.

I did do communication for about a week, then tried to lookup his medical license and couldn't find it in CA or OH. Also, I looked up doctors in UN in Ukraine. They do not hire US doctors, only local. This is why I am filing this report because his statements did not line up. Communicated on Google Chat, needs an email and phone number. He said he lived in his home in SF, but the phone number is in OH.

Met on FB Dating. 66 yrs. old. Said I was beautiful and he wanted to be in a long term loving relationship forever with me. Said he worked as a Surgeon for the UN in the Ukraine and was retiring in November 2023 to return to his home in SF.
