“Hi” (...this is a new ****od to ***n response from your phone. The spammer presents themselves in a manner as if you are already familiar. Once you respond: (stating on a manner, meaning either) “who are you?” or “do not text me!” The result is the same...they now have access INTO your phone. Best resolve is to “block” caller.
