Caller left message saying ...”there are four warrants for my arrest and I needed to call this number back or I would be notified by authorities that I had not made any attempt to resolve the issue and arrest warrants would be issued.” Unfortunately I have a common name and it’s either a scam or their looking for someone else! I live in Texas, the call came from Colorado! I get these type calls all the time saying I owe the IRS money, so what I’ve posted above is all the message said!

Received a recorded call threatening me with arrest because of my taxes, but the recording borders on the ridiculous. We will call the COPS, and you will be arrested!! Really? I'm reporting to the IRS. If you EVER get an IRS scam call, please report it! The IRS never calls; if you did owe, you get contacted by mail.
