I got a call from this number and the guy claims he is an officer from the irs saying I under paid in taxes and I owe over 1500 dollars to the irs. In the voicemail he left he did not mention my name at all or what the matter was about when I called back and gave him my number he pulled up my name and address and then stated that I owed the money and that they have attempted to collect it in July and September I have no yet received any notice from the irs via mail stating I owe this money but did however recieve so****ing before I filed my taxes for last year stating I owed due to not filing in 2008 which was taken care of and paid in full but it was only 7-800 dollars. Someone please help me out here the guy was saying that officers would be at my house tomorrow with an arrest warrant! I looked the number up and it is however someone's personal cell phone number and the Irs is closed today due to the holiday.. The guy was a foreign speaking guy and he was very rude and would not let me speak! First he said I was over paid then he said I was underpaid and owe them the money.. Makes no sense spam call or legit? Someone help!

I have friend who work in IRS I ask him about it..he laughing and laughing. he said IRS never be called you like that.always they first issue letter and try to sit down with u.so forget it.and next time tell him...wait I will give to ur voice record nearest police station

Got the same call, guy with foreign accent claiming to be Officer Jason Miller of the IRS. He states that he needs a call from me or my attorney and that if I don't call he cannot be responsible for what happens to me. SPAMMER. IGNORE.
