Always on Craigslist for rentals. Have had numerous experiences with this person. Asking for credit score amd other personal info. They do it frequently. Almost daily, I will respond to a rental with this person replying with their attempts.

I was seeking info about a rental property and they wanted me to complete an application with credit scores before they would send me an appt. to see it. There were 2 properties that had Maria Luisa as the contact; probably more if I kept looking. Texts came from 2 different phone numbers.

I replied to a Facebook posting for a rental. I was given an email to ask for an appointment I got an email from the above to proceed with credit verification which required going to the experience site which was legit. And enrolling in monthly subscription. When that was completed I was asked to do another which I declined until I verified where they were or I spoke to their manager.
