i got this call but didn't answer. they left a message saying "so we can discuss your options" and that's it. i had no idea with the guy was talking about. i looked up the number for Franklin Collection Service and it wasn't this number. so i went to the yellow pages and looked up every collection agency number listed and this number didn't match any of them.
