I have received several calls from this number. I am on the do not call list. It is a credit card SCAM. The recording says they are calling to help lower my credit card rates, push one to talk with a representative. A guy answered and said "are you calling to lower your rates?" I s****ed to say "No, I would like you to stop calling me" before I could finish the guy ***g up on me. i am so sick of these scammers wasting my time and cell phone minutes. This should be illegal!

It looks like it is time to mess with them, I will now take up as much time as I can get away with by giving them fake information and basically prank calling them when they call me. If everyone were to do this, it may lead to a point where they realize that it is costing them money to be taken for a ride.

The carrier is Cellular South, Inc, also known as CSpire. You can contact them but will get nowhere as I just did! They are not even willing to let you give them the number that is calling. The next step would be to contact your own carrier and ask them to block that number. Good luck everyone!

Also just received call from this number on my cell. Also on the do not call list. I agree with the one commenter below...find out who the carrier of this number is, ATT, Verizon, etc and swamp them with complaints, threaten to sue, get them to disconnect this number because it is being used for unlawful purposes!

Credit card telemarketer - want ot 'lower interest' with another card. ROBO-Call! When will the laws be enforced to stop these on "Do Not Call" list?????? Hm, maybe find out who 'owns' the rights to that number - Verzon, AT&T, ??? and then sue them! I think $1,000.00 per should do it, per 'incident'.
