This is a debt collector called Franklin Collection Service, Inc out of Tupeolo, Mississippi - they keep calling my house it shows up on the caller id as FCS. I called just then and they answered the phone I told them that I wanted them to stop calling me I didn't give her time to say anything before I told her that I knew she was calling with Franklin Collection Service and that I didn't appreciate her calling because I had a written request to them to stop and that the bill they were calling about was paid in full and I had the canceled checks. She asked me for an account number I gave it to her - she called me by name - and then had the nerve to say "we haven't called you because your number isn't in our data base" I was furious told her that she did I had caller id - I read her the number and then told her that I had hit call back on my phone and she had just answered. She said "your number isn't in our data base" what a liar! I have filed 3 complaints with the Do Not Call List
