I finally called the number back that Mr. Jackson left (he was very rude and very threatening). I then found out that it was a collection agency. This is a debt collector called Franklin Collection Service, Inc out of Tupeolo, Mississippi - they keep calling my house it shows up on the caller id as FCS. I called just then and they answered the phone I told them that I wanted them to stop calling me I didn't give her time to say anything before I told her that I knew she was calling with Franklin Collection Service and that I didn't appreciate her calling because I had a written request to them to stop and that the bill they were calling about was paid in full and I had the canceled checks. She asked me for an account number I gave it to her - she called me by name - and then had the nerve to say "we haven't called you because your number isn't in our data base" I was furious told her that she did I had caller id - I read her the number and then told her that I had hit call back on my phone and she had just answered. She said "your number isn't in our data base" what a liar! I have filed 3 complaints with the Do Not Call List

Just got an automated message from this number (to my cell phone) that said to call James Moffit at 800-689-6769. Of course, I didn't call it! It never mentioned my name-------for sure a scam attempt!

Business of unknown nature. Caller ID Company as FCSI. A recording says the call is in reference to an important matter and directs you to contact another number or face some sort of consequence.

I have been asking them remove me from the call list for over a year. they call every month asking for cristine. They seldomly apologize, either. They just **** up.

There was a week or so where they called me frequently. Now it only happens once a week or so. Someone needs to put the *****s to them....

"Kay" claims that she isnt a telemarketer, rattles off a number that I "Must" call today on very important business...this is on my cell at work; most annoying..

These people call me two or three days a day every day. I never answer but they leave messages saying it's an important business matter.

I am not sure who Scott Jones is, but he is irretating. I receive calls from his recording everyday. How do I make them stop?
