I did not answer and it looks like the call transferred to a person. It was picked up by my voice mail. The person stayed silent for several seconds, which makes me think it was a transfer. After almost 30 seconds of background noise (sounds like a fan/typing) they said so****ing in Indian to another person and ***g up.
