middle eastern accents supposedly calling on behalf of microsoft support. they want remote access to your computer to *fix* a problem. (they will be the ones installing it) don't listen to them. downloading and installing what they tell you will make your computer their computer. actual tech support will only request remote access if YOU have called THEM and nothing else they have suggested you do yourself works. IT'S A LAST RESORT!
