FRAUDULENT!!!! They said they were Verizon and that I owed $250 and they needed to collect the payment over the phone. They knew a lot of my account information too, so it was believable. I called Verizon and they said I don't owe anything and that it's definitely fraudulent, DO NOT PAY.
