I have been receiving the same calls since July.  Just today i received one.  I have talked to Jack Daniels, Captian Roman Wilson, Steven Richardson, and i am sure the list goes on.  They all have very thick indian accents.  When they call they tell me there is a case a***nst me they know my last 4 digits of my social, where i work, my old bank account number and the bank i use to bank with.  They say it is about a pay day loan. I did take one out but have paid back.  I have not been smart and have been paying them every time which has been about 6 times.  Sometimes they will take credit card other times i have to do a money gram.  They have threaten that i would go to jail if i did not pay right away and that this will be downloaded into my county.  I will also be making a complaint to the FTC and will not be giving them anymore money.  I knew it sounded strange and i should have listened to my gut feeling and not pay them.

I have been receiving calls from some ****s at Ace Notification.  Like the others on here it was someone with a thick Indian accent.  His name is "Anthony" telling me I owe from a payday loan.  I did go online and received a payday loan from CashNet USA, which I am paying back legitimately.  One day while I was at work he called and spoke with my daughter who told him she would shove her foot up his *** so far it would come out of his mouth.  He did not take that too well.  He has continued to call and threaten.  I called him yes****ay and asked for an address, which he refused to give me.  He said to have my attorney call him.  I went ahead and called the FBI and asked them to investigate this matter after seeing on line all the people this has happened to.  I also think I will notify one of the local news stations because I think the public should be alerted to this fraud activity.  It is too widespread.  The number they are calling from is 713-481-5066.

This guy called at worked and asked for an old employee who hasn't worked here in years. I told him this and he told me he was Office Matt Hardy from the FBI and needed a manager. I told him no one was available to talk to him and he became extremely threatening. He kept yelling at me that he was from the FBI and did I understand what he was telling me. When I told him no one was available, he told me if I didn't find a manager, the charges a***nst this former employee would be charged to me as well. He then asked me if I knew what the FBI is. Now, I'm not a rocket scientist, but I don't live under a rock either. He finally said he would call back, and I said better yet, give me your number and BADGE ID and I'll have someone call him back. he gave me this number and badge ID 20516... anyone know how to report someone for impersonating the FBI?

I as well just received the same call from a Jack stating he was from Ace notifications and if I did nto pay I would go to jail as well.  I asked that he call me back in an hour so I can gather my information (do research).  I have never borrower from Ace notifications and am completely disturbed by this.he asked if I could fax him fom my fax ma****e at work my call back phone number (which I thought was weird) since he did ust call me on my cell phone.  I said that I did not have access to a fax at the moment.Showed up on caller ID as UnknownCall back number given was 518-314-7685

I received this same call today at work from this bogus company and when I did research on the company I called them back to let them know that I will be reporting them to the police department and the guy by the name of antoni wells called me back from a unknown number and cursed me out and told me only god could help me and to find myself a good lawyer i laughed because i saved the voice mail and will be letting someone in the law enforcement hear it. These guys are so smart they are dumb.

James Brown called, said he was with BCI and I was being investigated for fraudulent activity and he wanted an answer right now on whether or not I was going to take care of the payment owed or consequences will be inforced(arrested with jail time). Loud, aggressive of Indian descent, and it appeared he was reading a script due to the fact when I asked a question he said "just a moment". When I asked for the information, company name etc. he said it wasn't important I was the defaulter.

I received the same call today at work and he also called my phone and cursed me out after i told himi know the company is bogus and i was going to file a complaint and he also told me the same **** he told you about only GOD can help you. Well they need God so they can get the DEVIL out of them for trying to scam innocent hard working people.

Ha! My****istant got a call for me today from this number the guy said his name was "Kevin Cooper" She took a message and asked what the call was in regards to, he said "just tell her she's in trouble and she needs to call back before we throw her in jail." Too bad for him he threatened someone who works in a law office.

James Brown was threatening to have me arrested and advise they are sending my file to the courthouse and prosecute me to the fullest extent.  When I asked for copies for proof of what I owe, they claim to no be able to provide those until after I pay them an offered settlement amount. They are the ones that belong in jail.

I got a call on my work phone several times today initially stating his name was Jack, then xferred to James Brown.  He told me this is a legal matter and that I needed to confirm my personal info from a loan from 2008.  This is a fraudulent company .....please be aware.

I received 4 calls at work and 2 on my cell phone saying that i owe a debt and that if i did not pay they would come arrest me at my job. couldnt understand there english. very rude person

While at work (~ 1:30 PM PST, 12/15/09), I received an unsolicited call from a man with an extremely thick, foreign accent (East Indian or Egyptian I think).  He began by telling me that there is a legal complaint a***nst me and he wished to give me the details.  He rattled off a case number (35371215) and his telephone number (518-314-7685).  I could barely understand his verbiage, but I was able to determine that he was based near Albany, NY and****erted that I owed money to some company called Plaza Processing, which I supposedly borrowed online back on April 27th, 2006.  Now, I've never heard of Plaza Processing and even if this had occurred, this guy has no right at this point to ask me for anything.  But that's especially the case since I never borrowed the money in the first place.  I told the guy that I was disputing the debt and wished for validation thereof.  I also indicated that any further communication from Ace Notifications other than said validation would be considered harassment.  The guy then ***g up on me.  I Googled the company name and learned that many people across the US receive calls from this same guy, only to find later that the whole thing is bogus.  I called Ace Notifications back and informed them a***n that I'd be complaining to the NY Attorney General and to the FTC.  I then thanked them for the time and reminded them not to contact me ever a***n as such will immediately be do***ented as harassment.  I ***g up but received another call from the same guy saying, "You're trying to be smart."  I told him that in fact I am quite smart, too smart to fall for his fraud.  I indicated that this call would be do***ented as harassment and that I have prevailed legally a***nst such similar fraud attempts just within the past 12 months.  I calmly told the guy that he had reached someone aware of the law and that he would do well to move on to some other victim or, preferably, a legitimate field of work.  I then mailed a written complaint to the NY Attorney General's office and complained to the FTC.  These guys are a joke; never talk to anyone about such things over the phone and if they won't mail you a validation or anything else, you know it's a scam.

I received a call from this same number this morning and told them Im fully aware of the law and he went on to say only God can help me.  I told him he needs to find god because scamming folks is the devils work.  He said his name was John clark, I said first learn to speak clear english before you use an American name.I too just filed a complaint to the FTC and Attorney General office.

Called me 2x First time claimed to be a "Jack Daniels".  Spoke very bad english, told I could not take calls at work to send it to me in the mail.  Second time, 1 minute later, talked to a co-worker, now his name is "John White" she also told him I cannot recieve calls at work.

called home- said his name was John White. Spoke very very bad english. Said to have either myself or attorny call. Told him to send proof via mail before anything is discussed. He ***g up on me.
