He's soliciting women on Whatnot app for relationships. Pretending to be a cargo ship engineer. His profile photo is stolen and of a legitimate Mearsk sea captain, whom is *** and happily married. The real person has had his iden***y stolen multiple times, apparently. Clearly, it's still happening.

This phone number was given to me by a person on Facebook using the name Toby Heward. He chatted with me via Messenger and is using the typical contact scammer script ... a common thing in asking me to get off of Messenger and use another app for communication. He supplied me with his "temporary" phone number so I would text him, which would result in my giving him my cell phone number, which I won't do. It saddened me that he turned out to be another scammer since he appeared legitimate on a Facebook Group that I am a member.
