Constant annoying calls from 513-573-8028 and from 513-754-9822. They call 3 or 4 times a day, 7 days a week. I spoke to them once. They said they were the Credit Card bank for Macy's. Told them to take me off of their list and never call back. They ignored that directive. I filed an FCC Compliant for harassing phone calls. You should do the same. They will have to respond to each FCC complaint. They deserve worse. And these phone companies better wise up and s**** offering individual call blocking features. I want to block specific numbers like these idiots.

The company HCL Tech. in India does indeed work for Macy's - that is not to say they have their act together. I had a Macy's account a number of years ago - it was closed in good standing. Every morning I have gotten a phone call from HCL Tech (in India) from 513-573-8028. I have repeatedly spoken to them to take me off of their list using that number and 800-884-9168 and 800-545-1256. It was no use and no useful information was obtained. Finally I called Macy's Credit Customer Service 1-866-593-2543 - after negotiating their VM queue using 000-00-0000 as my SSN I was given to a CS rep... guess where, India. Who informed me that my account was closed and in good standing when it was and told me that I should not be receiving any calls - they transfered me to another collection dept. that verified that I have no outstanding Macy's or Bloomingdales accounts and that I will no longer receive call. Let's wait and find out.

They have called from this number after calling repeatedly from 1-866-849-3243. They call once in the morning, between 8am-10am, then once in the afternoon between 1pm and 3pm. So I have been receiving 2 calls a day from them...I have a main number, that has not been called by any Macy's yet. The number that Macy's is calling is set up for my children to talk to their dad on; a safe-line that only he has the number for -that is unless he gives it to someone else. I did not receive any Macy's calls until he called from his sister's phone... which was 2 months after it was set up. Now, my main number has been set up for 2 1/2 years now without any solicitation from any companies like this... hmmm... They must receive notification of new numbers being used, like you can get licensed businesses/phone numbers from anywhere you request... Except this is a Vonage line and they refuse to give your number to anyone...
