I received a call over a month ago. The caller (female) said I had a balance on my Cincinnati Enquirer subscription. I responded that I had cancelled the subscription, but I still received the Sunday paper intermittently, though not at my request. She then asked me if I wanted to re subscribe and I told her No Thank You. Then I received another Sunday paper, and since then, probably one additional. And now I get several calls every day. I don't pick up as it seems to be a waste of time. And I am on the do not call list.

I've been getting this number pop up on my missed call log twice a day for the last 7 days. We recently cancelled our Sunday subscription to the Zanesville Times Recorder, a Gannett publication, and I would bet it's from them too. Thanks for the comments here. They are really helpful. I intend to report them if they don't stop, I am on the Do Not Call list too.

I am having the same problem as most of you, I cancelled my 15+ yrs subscription to the Newark Advocate because their carriers did not know how to place the paper in the Advocate mailbox that the Advocate gave me to use!!!! So now I find the 5134512518 number on my caller ID with at least 3 calls per day! ****** PEOPLE - ****** RESULTS!!!!

These jackwagons have been calling me at least 10 times a week since I canceled my Chillicothe Gazette subscription. I'm on the Nat'l Do Not Call Registry. Pretty ****ed at the harassment.
