Sketchy caller, representing, they are from IBM to do not call listed personal cell phone. When asked about the purpose of their call, said they were trying to reach a business owner, who owns the cell phone, and that she was expecting the call. Refused to disclose legitimate purpose until confronted that the representations that I was expecting the call or faults as were others, at which point she disconnected. Call back reveals that it’s just an answering service. This number and the collar are a scam. I’ve reported to federal law-enforcement in the IBM team.
