At least be smart about it

They claimed to be my electric company (she spoke so fast I didn't catch the name until I called back) about some supply charges on my account. I initially thought it was my power company calling, so I called back. They claimed to be from "life energy" so I immediately ***g up on them. I can also hear a lot of weird noises in the background.

Unknown number that went instantly to voicemail before I could even look at my phone. I listened to the voicemail and it talked about how there was important info on charges on my meter. I c****ed my meter from PGW which made me think it was legit, however I was not the owner and PGW would not block their number like that. CAREFUL, NOTHING BUT A SCAM!

They called as an unknown caller. The phone rang once, and they immediately ***g up. Left a message about how they have been trying to get ahold of me about my electric bill charges (which aren't in my name). They did not leave the company name, but they did give me a reference number for me to use when I called back!

After calling, there was a fake holding period then a male asked for my information and ref number. I told him I got a call from them. They went on asking if I had an account. (Never said a company to me) and after some talking, I told them they are ***** and to stop scamming people.

Left half of the number they called with on the voicemail that I had no missed call for. Also left some kind of reference number. They seemed to s**** talking before the voicemail was recording, so not only are they scammers but they're dumb at that. No company name or any info outside of that ref number.

I received a call first saying 'No Caller ID' but then getting a voice mail from this number. I live in Pittsburgh so the address being in P***nixville was a huge red flag. Also the person called at 3pm on a Sa****ay so that also didn't seem right. Nothing but a scam that wants your info.

A private number left a message about my electric bill. Caller said to call this number back and gave a reference number. It seemed su****ious, so I contacted the electric company. My electric company said they did not try to contact me. Seems like a scam, don't call this number back.

Got a call from this number, they left a voicemail with the same message the others have reposted, I then called back and talked to a very rude person and ultimately ***g up because they were talking in circles. Don't answer or call back, block number immediately

They try to get you to give them information to sell to marketers. They're scammers-pure and simple. Don't answer or call back. They know you're legit if you call them back and calls get worse.
