This is an Odessa, TX landline. This guy has ads for propterties everywhere. A couple of the names he goes by are Jeff R. Crisp & Billy Rose. http://www.pandahi.com/1019292168.html this is a link from another person who contacted him. He told me he was in Africa and sent the exact same email to me as in this link. This is a scammer!
