I wouldn’t answer the call and if you do, you shouldn’t respond with your voice. If any government en***y says they are trying to reach you, you should contact them through their official line.

They call and **** up almost immediately. Repeated calls gets you to call them back. When you do, it is a woman's voice that seems to come in mid recording "calling the LA Department of Social Services" and then the line ****s up.
