I received a text from this number yesterday. It was supposedly someone looking for a person named Casper. The person introduced themselves to me as, Belinda. Belinda apologized for the mistake. We continued with small talk. Belinda sent me a photo and said she lives near San Francisco. How can a landline text a cell number? I’m just wondering if this is a scam.
