I received a text from this number yes****ay. It was supposedly someone looking for a person named Casper. The person introduced themselves to me as, Belinda. Belinda apologized for the mistake. We continued with small talk. Belinda sent me a photo and said she lives near San Francisco. How can a landline text a cell number? I’m just wondering if this is a scam.

Called and said they were a manager at Lyft. Wanted to verify my phone number that they just called. They then wanted to confirm my Drivers License and at that point I knew this was a scam.

This guy and another guy had a 1855 number claimed to be Microsoft and they set an ad on Facebook saying that you had a Trojan virus to call the 1855 number and one guy talks to you and then he sends you over to this guy while they're remotely accessing your computer. Scam scam scam

guy with nice British accent spoofs you, tries to get you to transfer your crypto currencies into his wallet while they "investigate" (for 2-4 days) possible fraud in your account He tag teams w/lady, has already read your emails, persistent-will call back.
