Runs various scams from this one number: "Solar" & "credit card offers." Rang once, then stopped. Thought my blocker got it from a previous call. But after 2 seconds, it s****ed ringing a***n, & went the full five rings to the ans. mach. where it posted just the 'dead air' of a robodialer. New tactic: call 2X in a few secs to thwart the blocker!
