I got a call on my cell phone, didn't recognize number so I declined the call. Someone here said they called them at 5 in the morning. That makes me think it's an overseas scam. It says Maryland but that doesn't mean anything -- some services let u choose an area code. If the connection sounds really, really bad and they call at weird hours it's possibly an international scam.
