Evergreen Sales of Daytona and Jacksonville. These are the telemarketers that "do not call" was meant to eliminate. Using the "opt out" means they call more often. I had to block them through my cell service provider. Call Time Warner and Comcast and tell then to stop giving your number away to these telemarketers.

Calls everday, never leaves a message. I never had these calls until I signed up for cable and the internet. I am about ready to go back to my cable provider and ask them if they sold my number to anybody if so, they did not have my permission to do so, nor was I advised at the time that I signed up that they had an automatic practice of doing so.

I've been getting calls night after night around 5:40 pm CT and sometimes much later. They wake my child up. My cable subscriber gave them my number. I previously got calls for weeks from them (around mid-November). The call finally went through and I told them never to call a***n as there was a reason I canceled all my Charter Communications business.Obviously they don't listen too well. I think I'll report them and Charter to my state attorney general's office.

Same as the other posting where it was a call and no message. When I called back it was Evergreen Sales saying they called me because of either my phone, cable or internet service provider. Since Time Warner bought out my local provider they have become all three. I pressed #1 on my phone and entered my number to their do not call list.
