No message was left on answering ma****e. Clearly SPAM. Never, never respond to their request to press 1 to be removed from the list. This only alerts their telephone software that there was a live response, and puts you on a special list to receive even more SPAM calls. Don't press any numbers! They will then sell your number to other spammers! Dial 611 and report to your cell carrier, and go to Donotcall.gov to be put on the list. Then if the calls continue report each number on that website!

I didn't answer, but when I called back, it was a recorded message from 'Ann of Political Surveys' and to please press 1 to be removed, which I did. Now time will tell if it worked.
