360 Area Code Phone Numbers

I didn't speak to them, they called and left no message. First, I called the number using *67 before the number to hide MY number and first there was a recording saying that all calls would be monitored for quality and then someone picked up and all they said was "Hello".

Might be a doctor's office. Only heard part of an automated message, saying my response was invalid and to call "the office" for more info, but no phone # was provided. When I call this # back I get an "system error" message.

EVERY day for a month it rings around 0830. If I pick it up, the caller hangs up. If I let my answering machine respond, the caller hangs up before the greeting finishes. Before this number started calling, was receiving THE daily result from a number with a CID of Portland. I am on the NO CALL list.
