I think this is "google ad-words". If you have any active vids on google, they probably want you to pay in order to promote your vid's.

Getting Too Old for This **** I'm guessing this is a "newer" in a long line of numbers that cycle through, calling people randomly. We're all on the Do Not Call List, but that doesn't matter to these flaccid ****s because they're technically in another country, routing their calls via a US telemarketer that is basically not asking what they are doing, so long as they pay to use their telecom availability. So first, they use an auto-dialing system, hence why they magically seem to snag your cell regardless of how many times you've c****ed numbers. Sometimes there is a person, others not. Either way, it's being dialed by an auto-dialer program to see if the line is life (i.e. the phone number is active). I've personally been called & reported dozens of numbers like this. Essentially, it's the same people phone phishing for personal info. The Do Not Call List is powerless and flimsy legislatively. Might as well call the website, "Spammer Statistics Records Page" where we record every unwanted call for US stats. The local government offices of the city's where the area codes orient from are equally helpless. The FCC just says, "report it to the DNCL." We have, a ***dred times. And by the time one number eventually does get snagged, these tools are using a new one. Where the government needs to s**** hitting is our cell phone providers. I suggested to mine they s**** pages similar to the Do Not Call Lists, where we report the numbers we're getting, and after they verify enough of their customers are being harassed by a specific number, it be disabled from being received by any of their customers phones. So push that suggestion to your cell provider. Think about it. There are some of us who've had our phones for a while, enough to where if we had them for ~10 years, paying $100 a month, we've given them an average of $12,000,*****o, that's equivalent to buying a Neon or a Kia. I would think our phone providers would want to help us, instead of ignore our pleas for****istance. The Do Not Call List isn't cutting it. So take my suggestion and forward it to your cell provider - some charge for blocking, but they should provide an additional service (an actual cost free service) to help limit this level of unwarranted harassment by having a page where we can report a number to be "investigated."

These idiots keep calling & calling me! I don't answer my phone unless I know the number who is calling me. I let my ma****e pick it up but these people **** up when they realize no one is picking up except the answer ma****e. Too bad our government isn't doing anything to stop this ****. So we can definately say our tax dollars aren't working for us like they should. Our tax dollars should help pay to track down these idiots & put them in prison & not just for a couple of years. They should be put away for 10 years on the first time offense, 20 on second offense, 30 years on 3rd offense & so on. If they are calling you on your home phone if you still have one as I do, pick up the phone & say*****o & that you are very busy & then turn on the radio & put the phone down right next to the radio & then walk away. Probably won't be long that they'll see that this is going to happen every time & maybe they'll stop...at least for a while...just keep doing this...also, when you answer it, scream as loud as you can when you pick up to answer it if you have caller ID & recognize the number as a spammer...they'll get annoyed after a while & not call you for a while...if they keep calling, just keep doing ****** things & they'll eventually not want to call you anymore...you can beat them at their game but you have to have patience & be smarter than they are...

The following phone number has been calling me for the last 6 months on a daily basis up to 12 times a day. I have put my numbers on the “No Call Lists” for both the National and State listings. I have done this 3 times but these are the only ones left that do not abide by the rules. All others have quit. Now it’s time to get you involved. They are giving your city and State a bad name. Telemarketers are s****ing to take over your area codes because no one in your area is forcing them to follow the rules. Your State and Cities are turning a blind eye to this and someone like you needs to step up and be responsible and show them someone isn’t going to allow them to let them hide any longer. I am posting this on the “Guru Search” for reverse phone numbers. If you go there you will find that your area codes are out of control and this is only one site that reports this. Just think of all the others out there that people have gone to and this is your town. Please help stop these calls. It is a cost on all of us not only by running down our cell phone charges but our patience.

If you want information on this scam and the people behind it I recommend checking out this website: http://onthe******og.com/the-***t-for-rachel-at-cardholder-services/ The players we know that are now involved, including names and cities are: Ambrosia Web Design LLC, Chris Ambrosia, Mesa, Arizona American Debt Negotiators, Ran David Barnea, Boca Raton, Florida Associated Accounting Specialists Inc., William R. Page, Port Saint Lucie, Florida Castle Rock Capital Management, Roy M. ***, Laguna Niguel, California Concord Financial Advisors LLC, Lee Cestine, Mesa, Arizona Financial Services Solutions LLC, CEO Unknown, New York, New York PHL International, Mark Burton, Deerfield Beach, Florida Premiere Debt Solutions, CEO Unknown, Orlando, Florida Red Leaf Capital LLC, Leroy Castine, Mesa, Arizona I have received more than 150 (I have them do***ented) calls from these s*** ****ing criminals. I have filed more that 50 complaints with the FTC however due to the fact that they hide behind s****ed numbers I doubt that they will ever stop any of them. They ask for up front fees and charge your credit card without performing any services.

They Are: Diabetic Care Plan Plus I have tracked down the company that provides them phone server. It used to be called Qwest Comm but is now called Century Link. They have a call annoyance hot line but technically its for their own customers. Here is their phone number: 800-582-0655 I suggest everyone call this number as many times as you get called so they s**** realizing they need to stop service for this telemarketing company. They would not provide me with any account information on the phone number and they refused to take my complaint because I was not a CenturyLink customer. I would not be so mad if it wasn't for the fact that I am on the national no call list since 2003 and they provide a service to remove your phone number yet they still don't. If they would actually stop calling then I would stop annoying their carrier.

Got another phone call (2:57pm) from an out-of-state number that I didn't "know" or recognize. (Does this mean that they are still involved in Interstate Fraud?) They, of course, left no message. As always, I didn't answer, but looked up the number here. I am on the National Do-Not-Call List, and have been for over a couple of years now. (I guess this is our government at work for us.) A***n, I'm going to http://www.fcc.gov/complaints AND to https://complaints.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx and see if that can get the government to work for me, and stop these calls. (Yes I will once a***n go through all those steps.) [I have also bookmarked these URL's.] We should all pile on.

This number keeps repeatedly calling me stated that his name is Tom with some home security company. I have gone through the "prescreening questions" three times now to finally speak to a human being to inform them that I am being harassed, two of which occured within 3 days of each other. Each time they tell me they will put me on their Do Not Call list and then rudely **** up on me as I am trying to explain that they are constantly waking me up everyday due to the fact that I work 3rd shift. If someone knows how to formally complain about them to get these calls to stop, the information would be greatly appreciated!!
