360-322-6687 - 1/21/14 @ 3:30 it was Lower your credit card rate @ 4:07 it was US Pharmacy - tele-a***s - reported to FTC - (waste of time / do nothing bureau) I have already wasted my time checking caller Id ... I find this the perfect opportunity to vent .... have fun stringing them on etc .... wasted time = loss income ALSO .... I called the Service Provider - International Telcom Ltd - Address: 417 2nd Ave W, Seattle, WA 98119 Phone:(206) 479-5200 ... I told them their client/customer is harassing me - they have the ability to stop this by not allowing them phone services ... since they chose money & turn a blind eye to the harassment reaped on public - I will continue to call them each & every time I receive this type of phone call. I harass the providers since they allow this bullsh*t. If more people would demand the provider take responsibility for allowing that telephone # to harass - remember... it costs them money, if their staff & lines are ******* with your complaints, I file complaints to the FCC - BBB - Atty Gen (State & Federal) & every politician I can I write 1 do***ent & attach it .... I file a***nst the tel # & the service provider Remember, put pressure on the providers - they have the ability to discontinue services to these spammers. BE HEARD

Then they put you on hold and check the card using the phone number on the back of the card. I wasted about 15 minutes of their time giving a card that had been replaced. Gave fake zip code and etc. Waste their time if you like however don't give them a real working card number. I received a call from 360-322-6687 stating that they were with Card Services for VISA/MC. I contacted the FCC at 1-888-225-5322 and reported the incident stating that the telemarketer was in violation of the "Do Not Call List" (https://www.donotcall.gov, which you can also find by Googling, Do Not Call List) that I have been on since 2012. They provided me with the link on their website where I filled out an easy complaint form at http://www.fcc.gov/complaints (you can also find this link through Google). FCC will also take your complaint over the phone (or in writing) IF you cannot complete it online. The FCC will do an****essment and will determine if the telemarketer was at fault in contacting me and can fine the telemarketer for a penalty of $5000.00. This is NOT an exaggeration as you can find this information on their website or you can call them at 1-888-225-5322 to confirm this. In addition, you can contact the FCC and file a complaint even if you are not on the "Do Not Call List" if you are getting repeated calls from a telemarketer after you have told them not to call you. You can also contact International Telcom Ltd at 206-479-5200 to inform them that their customer, Credit Card Services is making unwanted calls to you and they will investigate.

this is a flagrant violator of the federal no call law and I have filed multiple complaints about this company to the FCC. The company will not stop calling you which is a direct violation of the National no call list law that is currently in force. they claim to be a third party who can reduce your credit card interest rate. Based on the fact that they will not stop calling you even if you try to get them to do so, I would not trust this company with any information about me. They have called you numerous times and with you call I am mediately file a complaint on the company. it seems to me that's their intention is to call and harass you endlessly until you take up their services. I am about ready to s**** filing complaints on the company with my skates Consumer Protection Agency as well as with the telephone service provider that I have.

caller id said "card services." this is a telemarketer violating federal law because they are selling services and calling numbers that are registered on the federal no call list. They have a very poor business model because when you transfer from the robocall to a live person and say anything that does not indicate you want their services, they immediately **** up on you. Their number has been added to the call blocking device attached to the phone and a complaint has been filed with the National no call list since my number is registered with them. Had they updated their no call list per federal law requirements, they would not have called my number in the first place.

I spent a better part of today resear****g this number to get to the bottom of it. I posted early about Jodi who was very nice and directed me to the correct company. I called CALLERID4U and the ADMIT to owning and controlling this number. To STOP THE CALLS call 206-792-9399 and file a formal complaint with them and demand your number be removed from their call list. Then, notify the FLORIDA ATTORNEY GENERAL and let them know that CALLERID4U has admitted that this number and it's fraudulent use belongs to them NOT to International Telcom, LTD and file a formal complaint there. These people call multiple times a day victimizing people, especially the elderly by promising them lower interest rates. Even if you are on the National Do Not Call List or tell them directly to stop calling, they will increase the number of calls to your number. Here is the phone number for the corporation in Washington that the phone number actually belongs to. Everyone needs to call and file a complaint with JODI at INTERNATIONAL TELCOM, LTD. His phone number is 206-479-5200. That company is the one responsible for these calls. Let's flood his number and make him stop the harassment!!!!!!!!!!!!

These *****s call me at least three times per week and leave a message on my answering ma****e. Each and every time it is "this is your second and final notice as it relates to the financial stimulus". They want my credit card info to supposedly lower my interest rate. Well, I don't have any credit card dept and I just wish that they would quite calling and leave me alone. How do you get them to stop calling me and trying to pull this scam on me?????

The number does NOT belong to the company named above. I've already called them and though they were sympathetic, they can't do anything. These numbers do not being to them and these people are not their customers. They suggested to keep filling complaints with your states Attorney General. Unless you pay to get the actual owner of these numbers it will keep coming up with International Telcom. Spread the word on Facebook and Twitter to alert the public.

When they first s****ed calling me about 2 years ago, they would eventually go to my voice mail around 6 rings. Then eventually they ***g up after 5 rings and lately they are ****ing up after 4 rings. I could add them to my block list, but they have other numbers to use, so I will just let them exhausts themselves out and maybe they'll **** up after one ring. Patience, patience, patience.

Co has called multiple times and been told repeatedly n ot to call. They ignore anything you say except that you want their services. If you do not take their services they simply **** up on you. Their number was been reported to the federal no call list for their repeated multiple violations of federal no call laws. will install call blocking device on phone to prevent their nuisance calls.

Spam I got ****ed at 10 to 12 plus calls a day. I hit one and went off on them saying remove my number I don't have a credit card and don't want one so stop calling!!! They ***g up on me. I'm also reporting them to better business bureau I'm in the no call list so what the***** why am I still getting these type of calls daily?
