A lady just called my phone from that number and asked me for my info. but I wouldn't tell her. I asked her for her name and the companies name and she gave the info. to me at a pace where I couldn't understand it. Then I asked her what her company does and she wouldn't tell me. She wasn't rude but they have got to be insane if they think people are just going to give them personal info. and they don't even know who they are. Really

This number called my phone about 8:30 am and asked for me. When asked who they were and offered if they wanted to leave a message, they completely ignored the question and RUDELY DEMANDED to know what time to call back, and if this was the only number for me. Needless to say, I have enough problems- I will not be disrespected and deal with **** I don't have to deal with. Times are hard for everyone, I am fortunate that most companies I owe, have been very sensitive to the issues of today and Common Sense should tell these people that although we (people that's being called) may owe them money or may not- "YOU GET MORE BEES WITH HONEY THAN ***T"!!!! TREAT OTHERS THE WAY YOU WANT TO BE TREATED! UNDERSTAND THAT WHILE "WE" ARE DECIDING WHO WILL BE PAID AND HOW WE ARE GOING TO FEED OUR FAMILIES OR PAY FOR THE ROOFS OVER OUR HEADS, or MEDICATIONS/TREATMENTS/ HEALTH ISSUES, AND WHATEVER THE SITUATION MAY BE THAT AFFECTED OUR ABILITY TO PAY------------- THESE PEOPLE CALLING SHOULD AT THE VERY LEAST BE PROFESSIONAL"!

They are DATAMAX or INTERSTATE CREDIT COLLECTION (ICC). They do collections with varies companies like retail and hospital/medical. They harass those they call and expect you to cooperate with them though they refuse to do that for them. Block the number and make them have to work to get a hold of you. If they will not be respectful and communicate who they are, they don't need anything from you. Reading their website, they sound like they are exactly opposite of the way you are actually treating you. They have a BBB award. It must be for the way they work with their clients vs. those that they call. I know that my husband and I have a couple of things that we are currently taking care of that are past due bills, but come on, that is not a way to make a person take care of things with the way the treat those that they call.
