This number calls both of my cell phone lines and my home phone number every day. I can't call them back, the mailbox is always full. I would really like to know what company or individual is responsible for these spam calls. They never reveal their name. They lead people to believe they are their utility company by s****ing out saying "attention all FPL and Progress energy customers blah blah blah free home energy inspection". They are certainly not FPL or Progress. I asked the lady if she would please take me off of her calling list, and she said "no" and ***g up on me. All I can think of to do is file complaints with the FCC a***nst the number. Maybe if everyone continues to complain, the FCC just might get to the bottom of it and shut their operation down. It can't hurt. File your complaint here: http://esupport.fcc.gov/complaints.htm

This is a group of thieves that keep c****ing their number. They use a dialer and repeatedly call looking for victims. They will use this new number for a day or so then move on. I have reported them repeatedly to the FCC and .........They just called me. Jacksonville, Florida area. I should hear from them on my other phones soon. Their message s****s out with "This is an important message for all FPL, Progress Energy and OUC customers". They want to come to your home and sell you stuff you don’t need at an exorbitant price. They are rude, apparently lazy and will **** up if you ask them to remove your number from their****aults. The name they sometimes use is Southern Energy SolutionsHere are links to other numbers they have used and similar complaints.http://800notes.com/Phone.aspx/1-407-232-0401http://800notes.com/Phone.aspx/1-904-236-***9http://800notes.com/Phone.aspx/1-832-228-7369/2http://800notes.com/Phone.aspx/1-321-693-7490#p202950423149266074http://whocallsme.com/Phone-Number.aspx/3219612170

I have received approximately 15 calls from this group. I responded to the last two, pressing "1" as requested and spoke with a telemarketer. I asked for the location of their business and for a phone number that I could call them at in case I decided to have them come to my home for an inspection. They would not provide a phone number or business address and ***g up when I insisted. The last two calls came from phone number 321 961 2170 as another post mentioned. Has anyone asked them to provide the inspection so as to have a person physically at their home for further questioning? Maybe ask for a business card, get license plate numbers, waste their time and cost them money, etc?

I received a call from this number (321-961-2170) in my voicemail at my office. The first part of the message was cut-off because it is a pre-recorded message through an auto-dialer. As others have stated, it is a sales call relating to saving money by receiving some form of tax credit. I am just adding my experience here to be one of the many who report this number.

Some BS call directed to all FPL customers and setting up some energy savings evaluation. I spoke to one of the representatives and gave her an earfull of my frustration! I want to know who these people really are so I can report them to the BBB.

I've been getting calls from these people every day or some derivative of a 961 number. I never answered them and just as a fluke I figured I'd check online. Thanks for the information. I'll never answer these calls now that I know.

Calls my cell phone every single day. My cell is on the Do Not Call list. Answered once and it was Florida Power and Light. Unbelievably annoying. I'm not even a caller. I suspect it's not even Florida Power and Light

Party wants to send technicians to home to evaluate energy savings. Party makes reference to the $3700 stimulus incentive for installation of solar panels, but states they are not****ociated with solar. No such organization exists in FL official records (http://sunbiz.org)

Repeated calls received from this number. They are calling the cell phones, and the house phones wanting me to allow a salesperson to come and tell me how to save on the power bill. Costs me minutes and aggravation.
