Tried to "upgrade" my service for a fee. Looked up the number, then **** up the phone.

They want to purchase so****ing I've advertised. They want my name and mailing address to send a cashier's check and then to make arrangements for their mover to pick up what I'm selling

told me that had sent several messages to send pkgs.

They didn't say anything. I didn't answer them.

I don't answer any calls I don't recognize. My message says" I didn't recognize your number so leave a message" They never do so I know it was a scam! :)

they call say it was signa insuarance... scam

They send text messages asking if I’m interested in selling a property I don’t even know about. I believe they are looking for me to reply.

Look in the internet SEVERAL PLACES ALL SAID THIS IS A SCAM

I just got a call from a Kelvin Jones stating he was from a law firm and I could barely understand him on the voice mail. He was very threatening in his tone and said for me to call him back immediately.

Got a call from this number at work. Barely could understand them, but they were rude.  Wished me luck as my "situation unfolds on me"? Who are these people?

these people keep threating to come to my work or home and arrest me if i do not pay ,but will not give me any paper work on what I am suppose to owe. I have had online payday loans in the pass a big mistake

also from this number which obviously is too long .. 211-673-263011­4 i keep calling their original number 305-760-4530 and their phone is disconnected scammers ­they have left me abusive voice mails, parties are of heavy indian accent

phone is now disconnected... lol my persistance paid off

and now.. they're not even picking up lol the madness continues.. karma

I keep calling this number back.. trying to annoy them.. thick accent .. answers the phone " hello" if this was a law firm ( its not) they would answer legit.. i can tell the guy is getting annoyed.. but redial is such a blessing

As I have previously posted, these criminals have NO CONNECTION to my law firm in Coral Gables Florida. They are fraudulently using the name of my law firm. DO NOT give them any credit/debit card or bank account data. They belong in jail.

I have been receiving multiple calls from this company, claiming there are 3 criminal suits against me. I asked over and over what it pertained to, and the guy wouldn't give me a straight answer. I ignore them when they call my cell phone, and they start calling me at work. They threatened me by saying I would be terminated from my job within 3 business days for non-compliance­. I told them not to call me at work again, and he kept going on and on. I started to get upset with him for repeatedly calling me, and in return, he got very rude. This upset me more. I threatened to file charges for harassment, then he said he was going to find my girlfriend and have sex with her in front of me. I laughed and said good luck. He replied with a very disturbing comment: "I'll rape her and make you watch." This pushed me over the edge. I dare one of these idiots to contact me again. The authorities have been called. This needs to stop!!!

Threated to arrest my husband. Scam don't listen. One, they have 5 to 10 days to sent a letter explaining the debit, the amount owed and company. Second, you have 30 days to respond. Third, collectors may not threaten arrest or law suit unless one is legally pending. Dom or Tom Miller was the name and used Knight Law Firm.

Been getting called often too. Have not answered just heard the voicemails. There have been others too that call. There is another company with the number 404-935-9459 and 404-935-9490 that has been doing the same thing on a cash advance that I had already paid on they have called from mukltiple numbers too saying they were going to file theft by deception charges. Once I wrote to them certified letter asking for all communications through mail I never heard from them again. Another one is CMG recovery with a Investigator Whitman or Charles Mongomery. Thier number was 888-711-7577 . Unfortunately I fell for the scam with them and was out 380.00. Please if they are bugging you for money have them give you all the information in writing before you do anything and make sure you get it certified.

Claiming to have a lawsuit filed against me for oweing money. Never heard of the company they mentioned and had never borrowed any money from them.

They called me today from a non USA number. They had left me this number 3057604530. I called back asking for there name and address and they wouldnt give it to me. I told them that I was entitled to it because of the ROSENTHAL ACT here in California.. He argued with me and asked who I was and I told him that it is none of his bussiness but I worked for the State of California. I tryed to tell me an address but his english was so bad I couldnt get it.

I am getting constant calls from different numbers threatening that my husband owes them money. I tell them no he doesn't, They get arrogant and tell me to have him call them urgently. I tell them if they are a hoinest collector just send the info to my hubby, They then tell me to have my husband get an attorney. The most recent number is 305-760-4530. Anther number to look out for is 321-216-3820. What can be done to stop this?

Ignore if possible. I now and getting the calls to my work number. they chage numbers frequently. I rcvd 15 calls w/in a weeks period.

These guy just tried to call me. Had heavy accent like the other people describe. Said I needed to call him back regarding a legal case. He said his only interest was to try and help me. Yea right! Help me out of my money that I do not owe them! Scam!

yeah same thing happened to me today. Dude was so upset that i was laughing at him. Man I don't have any payday loans. when he said it was online i laughed even harder! when ask whats so funny, I said how is a blind man gonna do a loan online! I have been blind for 3 months now after car wreck.Even now my roommate is just typing what I am saying. When i asked for a braille copy of the paperwork he said he couldn't do that.all legal paperwork has to be put in braille for all vision impaired people.

This is a scam. Do not deal with these people. They are fake debt collectors who are trying to scam money out of you.

Called me at work told my co-worker there was pending legal action on me. My information was sold on-line by a company that was giving me an auto quote. So I know how my information was received....

said that there was a legal case against me. called me at work and called my husbands phone also.

I received a phone call yesterday at my home from 1-305-760-4530 . Left message that I neededt to call immediately on a legal matter. Returned call and this person had a very heavy accent which i could barely understand him. Said I had a legal action against me for some Quick Pay Day Loan. I told him I did not and kept rattling on that I need to pay immediately. I advised him that I need some documentation and paper work where I owe. He said he could not do this and that they would come and pick me up and take me to court. I advised him I would be waiting. This is all a scam . He called last week and used the name as Don Miller. This people need to be caught for fraudulism.

Callers from this number are criminals. They have NO connection to The Knight Law Firm in Florida.

Correction: They claim to be with my law firm (The Knight Law Firm) but they are lying and nothing to do with me or my law firm. They are criminals.

Neither this number nor any person connected with it, nor any person claiming to be with the Knight Law, actually called these people. There is one criminal or a small gang of criminals who call and attempt to intimidate/panic people into giving up bank account data with threats. They have no connection to me or to my law firm.

Who is it?

This man called and threatened my mother and family.

Been getting calls on and off since October from a "Paul Smith" who says he has an urgent matter to discuss with me. Decided to google the number, and found this link. Left a voicemail to call (305)760-4530 . Dude has a very heavy accent, and it's very difficult to understand what he is saying. I once asked to be directed to someone who is fluent in English, but they just put me on hold for a long time....Just been getting annoyed by the constant calls...Will let them know that I'm aware of their scam next time they call.

received numerous calls from these people on phone number 305-760-4530 . They have now started calling my work I said oh you spoke with my attorney why are you calling me he said so you know abou the case I said oh I know all about the scam!! He said go **** yourself I called back and he told me 90% of Americans are stupid enough to pay him his money he said If I wanted a job I can go to his place in Florida. I told him he is a stupid man he swore at me. My attorney has contacted the attorney General's office. DO NOT PAY THEM ANY MONEY THEY WILL TRY AND SCARE YOU DO NOT OFFER UP ANY INFO ABOUT YOURSELF EITHER. THINK ABOUT IT BEFORE YOU SAY ANYTHING TO THEM.

Got the call to, the red flag was "threatening Legal Action" not identifying as a call to collect debt, the guy sounded foriegn (Sorry no insult intended).

Just called me. They didn't answer when I picked up. Silence, what a waste of my time!

I have been getting calls from this same person saying I was being sued. He started calling about two weeks ago and stopped then he called today.

I just got a call from at my work phone number and it was from a Rance or Ryan? Scott and he was calling for a Lawyers Office and it was an urgent matter that I call him back... I'm glad I saw this posting before I called this guy back!

They called for a friend of mine and stated that she had a lawsuit againist her and that I could be charged to. He said his name Ryan Scott with a Lawyer Office and that I needed to call back before the file finished downloading.

They tried to get money out of me. So I called the number back and it was out of service message.
