They call constantly. They call multiple times a day even after you've made the late payment. Unfortunately my car loan is with them. I've had to accept that they will call every single day, every single month, whether I am late or early on my car payment. When you talk to them they ate unaware that you've made the payment or that the company cashed it weeks ago. If I could c****e lenders I would.

Getting calls leaving no message identified on caller Id as Drive Financial. They use different phone numbers . I called them they answer Consumer USA Woman told me Its Santander Company . I did not give her S.S# or last 4 digits of S.S.#. Woman stated "a person gave them a contractand my name. " I told the woman at Drive Financial on 1-30-2010 to stop calling and harrassing me. Further stated: I don't have a car loan. Woman stated "whats your number- I'll take it off the list."Noted: They still call several times a day. Yes I'm on the National donot call list. Does not seem to be doing anything but getting more scam callers. Noted: I did pay off my car loan in Dec 2009 with Capital One Auto Finance. Could it be possible that Capital One Auto Finance had anything to do with Drive Financial or leaked my info?. **I called Capital One Auto Fin.on 2-24-2010 and discussed harassing phone calls from Drive Financial with man named Pierce, this man had difficulty understanding with his strong foreigner s***ch. Warned him that Capital One possibly could be implicated if they have anyone leaking contractual consumer info.

I had then calling me as well - up to 15 times a day! Yes****ay they called 11 times by 6pm when I answered. I told her I don't appreciate being called so often and that they need to stop the harassing calls. Her response - "This is a multi-million dollar company, ma'am, I think they know the law. It's not harassment if you don't answer all those 15 times we call. And it doesn't matter that you got 3 calls in under an hour, if you don't answer they can call 10x an hour." If I didn't have recent credit issues from cir***stances beyond my control I would take my loan to another company in an instant and I've very upset that HSBC sold my loan to this company (HSBC was bad enough!)

I was told i needed to update my account an insurance, which I did and was told that the deferment would be authorized. As of today and after speaking to dozens of people, including suprevisors. it belongs to santander a bank for collecting on auto loan. We called them and informed them we no longer have the vehicle we traded it.

The number belongs to Drive Financial, a company who finances automobiles. I believe that this number in particular is used by their collections department.
